1. Services

Windoorsecure ("we," "our," "us") provides professional security installation services including, but not limited to, security window film, window bars, door reinforcement, smart lock installation, alarm systems, and security cameras. All services are provided across Ontario, Canada.

2. Free Consultations

We offer free on-site consultations at no obligation. A quote provided during a consultation is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

3. Warranty

All products and installations are covered by our 30-year guarantee. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or natural disasters. Warranty claims can be made by contacting us at info@windoorsecure.ca.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. A professional invoice is provided for every job.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled installation at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Windoorsecure's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
